Course Features

Course Ladder
1. Basic Drawing Course: Suitable for beginners or those without formal art training. This is a prerequisite for all art programs.
2. Traditional Calligraphy Course: A prerequisite for those interested in Chinese painting. Mastering brush control is also a mandatory course for our tattoo artists.
3. Freehand Chinese Painting Course: From writing to painting, this course allows you to explore the unique culture and aesthetic essence of the Chinese tradition, developing an inimitable personal style.
4. Detailed Chinese Painting Course: Closest to the aesthetic requirements of tattoo art, this course focuses on color harmony and the aesthetics of the human body.
5. New Ink Art Course: An advanced course in pure abstract artistic expression, directly engaging with one's inner self and exploring the spiritual realm of pure art.
6. Graphic Design Course: Core skills for advertising, publishing, web design, branding, and developing a personal IP style.
7. Artistic Portrait Photography Course: A mandatory course for tattoo artists to build their portfolios, as photographs are the true lasting records of their work.
Instructor
The courses are personally taught by Joey Pang, an ISO-certified instructor with 20 years of international tattoo experience and 18 years of tattoo training experience.
Joey Pang's tattoo philosophy has been widely featured in international mainstream media, professional tattoo publications, university theses, and brand endorsements. She is the only Chinese tattoo artist recognized on Google's Hall of Fame, which features only the most iconic and influential artists, actors, writers, athletes, and educators worldwide.
Instructions
Duration: Online and In-person. In-person instruction and practicum sessions will be held on Sundays. Weekdays class will be scheduled as needed.

Preparation: The instructor will closely communicate with and monitor the progress of each student to facilitate their learning. The academy will purchase and provide the corresponding practical training tools kit for each student.
